Viewing Your PRX Statements

You can view your statements at any time. Statements are broken into yearly quarters, and will show you:

• Date: the date licensed
• Title: the titles of any pieces that have been licensed by stations in that time period
• Licensed by: the name of the station who licensed each piece
• Points: the amount you charged for each piece in points
• Base: the amount in cash, translated from points at $0.10/point.
• Bonus: any bonuses added from overflow in the PRX Payment Pool
• Grand Total: the total amount PRX owes you for this quarter
• Member status this quarter: if you had a Pro account at any point during this quarter, you will be paid for your licenses. If you had a Starter account for the full quarter, you will not be paid for this quarter's licenses.

To access your statements, log in to PRX.org and go to "My PRX." Then click "view my stats" under the Quicklinks section, or go to "Reports and Earnings" and select the quarter you'd like to view.

You can print your statements by clicking on the "print" link in the upper right-hand corner, and also have the option to export them as CSV, Excel, or XML files to your computer.
