If you can't find the help you need in our documentation, you can always email us at help@prx.org
. Here's the kind of information we need from you:
- What were you trying to do when the problem occured? Try to be as precise as possible. "I was trying to upload my audio when my browser crashed," for example, won't be as useful as "I selected my audio file and hit 'save and upload,' and the progress bar got halfway, but then seemed to hang. Then my browser crashed."
- What username were you logged in with?
- What browser were you using (ie: Explorer, Safari, Firefox), and what version of that browser (ie: Explorer 5.6)?
- What kind of internet connection were you using?
- If you took any steps to try and work around the problem, list these as well and any problems you encountered along the way.
- Is your problem time-sensitive? Let us know if you need an answer ASAP for any reason.
