Producer
PRX producers are aspiring or established creative radio producers aiming to get their best work on public radio stations around the country. If you have some brand new work or "evergreen" pieces that deserve a breath of broadcast air, put it on the PRX. Whether its commentary, documentary, feature, interview, fiction, or beyond category, if you think it should be on the radio, it belongs here. Note: if you are from a producing station or organization, see our "group" membership below.
What You Do: The basics -

- Upload marketing and other materials for each piece such as promos, images, transcripts
- Set licensing terms for each piece
- Listen to and review other radio pieces
What You Get: The benefits -
- Market and distribute your work. Create and promote a one-stop shop for your best work, where stations can audition, license, and download your work for broadcast.

- Get feedback. Your pieces are available for review by our Editorial Board and Vox Pop reviewers.
- Track carriage and account activity. See how many times your pieces were streamed, downloaded, reviewed, and view carriage reports by stations that license your work.
The terms: Producer membership is $50.00 per year. We charge $5/hour/year for space, with a 10-hour minimum. You can always buy additional hours at the same rate. Your fee helps cover our storage costs.
