Pro vs. Starter Accounts

What account is right for you?

When you sign up, you automatically have a Starter account on PRX; you can choose to upgrade to a Pro (paid) account by going to the My PRX tab and then My Account. Stations can email john@prx.org.

The basic advantages to having a Pro account:

You get paid for any licenses of your pieces on PRX.
More upload space.
Stations get more licensing points.
If you've misplaced an audio file on your computer, you can download it right back from us again: just go to your piece listing on PRX and click the "license/download" link. Your very own back-up, right on PRX.

Will that Pro account pay for itself? It might. Check out our royalties page for information on license payments.

Producer Account

Distribute your audio!
